Hyde

A 215 ft Army Corps of Engineers dredge, sunk as part of artificial reef AR-386 (Lennon / Hyde Reef) in 1988. She carried guns on the West Coast and in the Philippines in the Second World War, and after mine damage in Vietnam was beached to save her, with no crew lost. The state's vessel history gives 1998 for her sinking; its reef records and the dive lists say 1988.
